Seth Johnson
Seth Johnson was born 4 June 1868 in Red Oak Iowa. He was the eighth of nine children born to Philip Padddleford and Caroline Adelia Dixson Johnson.
Seth married Neva Kate Carmichael in Coles Station, Macon Co., AL on 3 July 1900. Their long-time family home was "Carol Villa" in Montgomery. They had 14 children: an infant boy who lived 9 hours, Caroline, Spencer Carmichael, Seth, Jr., David Glenn, Neva Carmichael, Emily Fay, Orson Alexander "Pete", Dorothy Dixson "Dot", Parley Philip, Wylie Pierson, Luke, Charles McIntyre "Mac", and May Nora "Katie".
Seth died 10 September 1950 in Montgomery, AL and is buried alongside Neva in Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery.

Neva Kate Carmichael was born 2 December 1880 in Newnan, Georgia to William Spencer and Manora Alzada Summers Carmichael.

Caroline
Caroline "Sister" Johnson,born 15 Oct 1902 in Newnan, GA in her Grandmother Carmichael's home, was the second child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. She married Walter Matthew Albritton on 9 Feb 1927 in Tampa, FL. Caroline and Walter had 6 children: Walter Matthew, Jr., Infant Daughter (died at birth), Neva Caroline (m. Williams), Margie Helen (m. Flomer), Laurida Emily (m. Berkstresser), and Seth Henry. Caroline died 19 Apr 1998 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Wetumpka, AL.
Note: The first child born to Seth and Neva Kate was a little boy born 27 Sep 1901 in Milstead, AL. He lived for only 9 hours.

Spencer Carmichael
Spencer Carmichael Johnson, born 6 Apr 1904 in Montgomery, AL, was the third child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson . He married Betty Turk on 23 Dec 1933 in Pensacola, FL. Spencer and Betty had one child, Betty Ann (m. Zay). Spencer died 24 Jan 1997 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Seth, Jr.
Seth Johnson Jr., born 1 Jun 1906 in Montgomery, AL, was the fourth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Kathleen VanHoose on 18 Feb 1933 in McIntosh, AL. Seth and Kathleen had five children: Seth, III, Nancy Lillian (m. Harle), Leigh Mary (m. McGuffey), Douglas ("Doug"), and Betty Margaret (m. Johnson). Seth, Jr. died 14 Jul 1969 in Wetumpka, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery, AL.
David Glenn
David ("Dave") Glenn Johnson, born 15 Mar 1908 in Montgomery, AL, was the fifth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Vaunita Marguerite Opal Oswald on 10 Jun 1930 in Omaha, NE. Dave and Vaunita had eight children: Harriet Neva (died at birth), Jeanne Susanne (m. Yancey), David Glenn, Jr. ("Buddy"), Vaunita Marguerite (m. Wiegand), Mildred Gwendolyn ("Millie") (m. Cohen), William Spencer, Wylie Charles, and Orson Lucius ("Pete"). Dave died 16 Sep 1958 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Neva Carmichael
Neva Carmichael ("Johnnie") Johnson, born 7 Mar 1910 in Montgomery, AL, was the sixth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. She married Julian Morris Bassett on 31 Dec. 1933 in Montgomery, AL. Neva and Julian had three children: William Randall ("Bill"), Julianne Elizabeth ("Julie") (m. Hawkins), and Dorothy Lucius ("Dottie") (m. Owen, Ennis). Neva died 30 Apr 1990 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Emily Fay
Emily Fay ("Em") Johnson, born 6 Dec 1911 in Montgomery, AL, was the seventh child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. She married Palmer Arthur Etheridge on 20 May 1933 in Montgomery, AL. Mrg ended about 1938. She married Henry Paul Veder on 21 Apr 1940 in Montgomery, AL. Emily and Paul had two children, Emily Katheryn (m. Tillery, Schweitzer) and Seth Arthur. Emily died 26 Apr 1997 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Orson Alexander "Pete"
Orson Alexander "Pete" Johnson, born 24 Jun 1913 in Montgomery, AL, was the eighth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Iberia Louise Pierce on 3 Jul 1941 in Montgomery, AL. Pete and Louise had three children: Orson Alexander "(Alex") Jr., Seth James "Jimmy", and Linda Louise (m. Lanier). Pete died 24 Jan 1991 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Dorothy Dixson "Dot"
Dorothy Dixson "Dot" Johnson, born 1 Feb 1915 in Montgomery, AL, was the ninth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. She married Joseph Nathaniel ("Joe", "Peanut") O'Brien on 14 Dec 1932 in Montgomery, AL. Joe and Dot had three children: Neva Leotta (m. Meads, Brewer), Seth Michael ("Mickey"), and Josephine Pierson ("Josie") (m. Rountree). Dot died 7 Mar 1966 in Montgomery, AL and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
Parley Philip
Parley Philip Johnson, born 20 Apr 1917 in Montgomery, AL, was the tenth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Musette Glawson on 3 Jul 1939 in Montgomery, AL. Philip and Musette had one child, Miriam Musette (m. Hewette, Petrunic). Mrg. ended in 1951. Philip married Edith Christine Fail on 15 Mar 1952 in Evergreen, AL. Philip and Christine had five children: Judy Nora (m. Herrington, Davis), Spencer Carmichael, II, Parley Phillip, Jr., Seth Herbert ("Herb"), and David Henry.
Wylie Pierson
Wylie Pierson Johnson, born 28 Mar 1919 in Montgomery, AL, was the eleventh child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Lurene "Dolly" Hall on 9 Nov 1946 in Montgomery, AL. Wylie and Dolly had three children: Barbara Lurene ("Bobbie") (m. Hill), Melanie Fay (m. Atkinson, mrg. ended), and Wylie Benjamin ("Ben"). Luke (born "Lucius") Johnson, born 15 Apr 1921 in Montgomery, AL, was the twelvth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Shirley Irene Roach on 28 Sep 1946 in Houston, TX. Luke and Shirley Had four children: Luke, Jr., twins Sharon Frances (m. Starr, mrg. ended) and Shirley Irene (m. Beavers, mrg. ended), and Gary ("Buck"). Luke died 8 Oct 1980 in Houston, TX and is buried in Houston.
Charles McIntyre "Mac"
Charles McIntyre "Mac" Johnson, born 27 Mar 1923 in Montgomery, AL, was the thirteenth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. He married Laura Gene Burt on 27 Feb 1946 in Montgomery, AL .Mac and Gene had two children: Gene Burt (m. Davis) and Charles McIntyre "Charlie", Jr.. May Nora "Katie"
May Nora "Katie" Johnson, born 29 Jun 1927 in Montgomery, AL, was the fourteenth child of Seth and Neva Kate Carmichael Johnson. She married John Gribbin Murphy, Jr. on 24 Jan 1946 in Montgomery, AL. Katie and John had seven children: John Gribbin, III, Thomas Alan, Jo Carol ("Jody") (m. Tatum), Patricia Kay ("Pat") (m. Byrnside, McCormick), Wylie Charles "Carlie", Mary Gayle (m.
