Welcome, Lillian Carmichael May!

We are please to announce the birth of Lillian (“Lillie”) Carmichael May on 16 November 2009 at 7:54 pm to Kellet Catherine Carmichael and Joshua May. Lillie was born at the Brookwood Medical Center (Birmingham, AL). Mother, father and baby are at home now in Vestavia and doing well. Of course, proud Papa Josh is taking lots of photos of Lillie like the one here. Here’s an enlargement. Lillie weighed 6 pounds 1 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth but is growing quickly!

Lillian is the granddaughter of Melanie Fay Johnson and the great-granddaughter of Wylie Pierson and Lurene Hall Johnson (Uncle Wylie and Aunt Dolly).
