We are pleased to announce that, on Saturday, 12 March 2011, Jennifer Lynn Collier and Stanford Blake Terry were wed. The ceremony took place at 11 o’clock in the morning at the Savannah Yacht Club in Savannah, GA.
This is the second exciting event in Jennifer Lynn’s life recently. In May 2010, she received her Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Mississippi. (Read that article.) Jennifer Lynn is the daughter of Teresa Fay (“Terri”) Murphy O’Neal and granddaughter of John Gribbin and May Nora Johnson Murphy (Uncle John and Aunt Katie).

We are pleased to announce that on 31 July 2010, MIchael Ryan Byrnside and Debra Elizabeth McCallum were married at Bluff Park United Methodist Church in Hoover, AL. Michael is the son of Robert Michael “Bobby” and Patricia Kay “Pat” Murphy McCormick and grandson of John Gribbin and May Nora Johnson Murphy (Uncle Johnny and Aunt Katie). The couple flew to the Dominican Republic for their honeymoon following the ceremony and reception. The couple will reside in Montgomery, AL.

It was a lovely outdoor wedding at the Lee Council House, a beautiful old Victorian home in historic Americus. Among the flower girls and ring bearers were Nita’s nieces and nephews - Laura Kathryn, Gwendolyn Lynn, and Jeanne Marie Cohen [daughters of David and Michelle (“Shelley”) Cohen] and Spencer Cohen and Samantha Cohen (son and daughter of Arthur and Jenny Cohen). Read More...Yesterday [21 August 2009], our daughter Sarah, 21, married Olivier Pecquenard, her sweet beau of two and half years. They were wed in the mayor's office of a small town in France not far from the Swiss border. Olivier, 24, is an accomplished chef currently working at Chateauvieux, a Relais Chateau outside Geneva. Sarah returns on the 26th to start her junior year and Olivier will join her in January and will probably work at La Folie, Fleur de Lys or a similar French restaurant. They met when she was an intern and he a chef at Taillevent during her gap year in 2007.
